1. Who controls your data

MOLTENA is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. For privacy-related questions, requests or objections, contact hello@moltena.com.

2. What data we process

When you use the contact form, we may process your name, work email address, company name, selected area of interest, the content of your message and the page from which the inquiry was submitted. The web server may also process technical metadata such as IP address, browser information and request timestamps for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention.

3. Why we process it

• to respond to your inquiry and take steps requested before entering into a business relationship;
• to prepare, discuss or deliver professional services;
• to protect the website and contact channel from abuse, spam and security incidents;
• to establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary;
• to comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

Depending on the context, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b), 6(1)(f) or 6(1)(c) of the GDPR. We do not require marketing consent in order to answer a business inquiry.

4. How contact-form data is stored

Contact-form submissions are stored in a local server-side file controlled by MOLTENA. The file is not intended to be publicly accessible and should be kept outside the public web root in production. Access is limited to people or systems that need the information to handle inquiries or administer the service.

5. Retention

Business inquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is necessary for an active engagement, contractual records, legal obligations or the defence of claims. Technical anti-abuse data is retained only for the period necessary to operate the relevant security control.

6. Service providers and transfers

We may use hosting, infrastructure, email or professional-service providers that process data on our behalf. Where a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required by applicable law.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the website and the information processed. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, services or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
